The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.58 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and concocted as neither has he used any mobile phone for any demand of money nor has any amount has been deposited in his account so as to draw any prosecution against him. It is further submitted that the episode of cheating isnot attracted against the present petitioner but with regard to the other person who had been negotiating with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16637 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 informant.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that no money has gone on the account of the present petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Atulbir Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Madhubani, District-Madhubani, in connection with Kaluahi P.S.
