The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

20 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a bush situated near Maharani Asthan Pipal tree. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24862 of 2022(2) dt.05-08-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge VII cum Special Excise Court No. 2, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 167 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
