The petitioner seeks review of the order passed by this Court in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court since reported in (2015)3 SCC 467 (Krishnamoorthy versus Sivakumar and others).

The petitioner may have a case for appeal but that does not persuade this Court for review of the order as none of the grounds warranting a review stands satisfied.
