The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
80 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Bhabhishan Nat.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery.
However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner,
