JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.03.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12242 of 2005, learned counsel for the Housing Board is ready with Cheque No.208943 issued in the name of the petitioner Gunjeshwari Devi for a sum of Rs.4,80,963/-. Learned counsel for the petitioners has received the same.

Accordingly, in my considered opinion, this proceeding cannot continue and as such is dropped. However, if there is some confusion with respect to the calculation of the amount, the petitioner can move before the Secretary, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for clarifications.
