JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 In the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no counter affidavit is being invited in the present case. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application filed under Section 44(4) of the Bihar Panchayati Raj Act, 2006 on 04.09.2018 has not been taken up for consideration by the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar (respondent no. 2).

The prayer of the petitioner is to direct respondent no. 2 to take up his application for consideration and pass an

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this court directs respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and in case it is found that the application of the petitioner has remained pending so far, immediate steps to be taken to fix a date in the matter and respondent no. 2 shall pass an appropriate order thereon after hearing all concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
