It is pointed out that the typographical error of inadvertence has crept into the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in the instant case wherein at the header of the order, instead of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No 3160 of 2016, the order has been typed as Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No 3160 of 2016 and has, accordingly, been uploaded on the website. Office has pointed out that fortunately, no such order has been uploaded in the data base in Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No 3160 of 2016.
In the circumstances, no correction appears to be

However, the order dated 04.04.2019, passed in the instant case, may be corrected and the header may be read as Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No 3160 of 2016 instead of Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No 3160 of 2016. Order dated 04.04.2019 stands modified.
