JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 The present application has been filed for quashing the first information report in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. case No.152 of 2012 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (xiv) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

3. Having regard to the nature of the accusations in the first information report, a case of cognizable offence, prima facie, appears to be made out against the petitioners.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court is not
