2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute between the parties. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of the accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. making a specific accusation against the petitioner of having taken her away forcibly, this court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
