For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha For the Respondent/s : Mr. B.N. Pandey (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

The petitioner has not complied with the order, dated 04.12.2014, passed in this case.

The order, dated 06.06.2014, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui, requiring the petitioner to pay the monthly maintenance allowance at the rate of Rs. 3000/- in favour of Opposite Party No. 2, under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is under challenge.

I am not inclined to entertain this application for two reasons. Firstly, I do not find the amount of monthly

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.863 of 2014 (3) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 maintenance allowance to be excessive from any angle. Secondly, since the petitioner has disobeyed this Court's order, this application deserves to be dismissed. This application is accordingly dismissed.
