JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shrinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not misappropriated any money. However, petitioner tried his best to deposit Rs. 6000/- which is alleged to be misappropriated by him however the informant is not receiving the same. Petitioner is still ready to deposit the same. As a matter of fact, out of the six persons, who are said to have been cheated, three have deposited the receipt after getting payment from this pettioner, but the remaining three are not

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shrinagar Pujaha P.S.
