In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code but, after investigation, the police has found the case under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. In the First Information Report, the allegation has been made that the marriage of the victim girl was solemnized with Ashok Kumar Patel in which the father of the girl had given R. 10,50,000/- but, could not fulfill the demand of four wheeler. It has been claimed by the father of the victim girl that Juhi Devi, his daughter, has been killed on account of nonfulfillment of dowry. From the Case Diary, it appears that the victim lady is still traceless, she along with mother-in-law had came to Patna for her treatment, they stayed in a hotel and also went to the clinic of Dr. Shanti Roy but, by playing trick, she fled away from there along with a male member which has been found in the C.C.T.V. footage.

The petitioner is the Dewar of the victim girl. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.
