Patna High Court MJC No.3737 of 2009(8) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 Civil Review No. 229 of 2007 on 26.11.2008.
Looking to the nature of dispute involved in the matter, I am not inclined to initiate any action for contempt in the matter. Parties may take recourse to such remedy as may be available under law in case they have any dispute still subsisting. In the facts and circumstances, no case is made out for initiating action for contempt now after a period of nine years.
