2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 26.05.2024 by the informant, Amresh Kumar.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he receives information about the presence of a dead body lying near a dried pond, reached there, found the dead body of young person with multiple injuries which led to the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of last seen and only because he has criminal antecedent, got implicated, he has remained in custody since 29.06.2024 and is ready to diligently appear in trial, if granted relief.

5. Learned APP as also the learned counsel for the informant submits that they were found to have taken the deceased and later, the dead body was found.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situate person, Niraj Jha who also alleged to have been accompanied the deceased has since been granted relief in Cr. Misc. No. 85465 of 2024 inasmuch as the Court has recorded to renew the prayer after framing of charge.
7. This Court will have to take into account the order passed by the Coordinate Bench and in that background, this Court also follows the same route and it is observed that the petitioner be granted relief by the concerned Court after charges are framed in the matter.
8. The bail application stands disposed of.
