ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.315 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 342, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute and previous litigation, the present case has been lodged against these petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegation made above, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48426 of 2015 (3) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.315 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
