ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.64 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B, 201, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. as the wife of Madan Singh but not by name, yet there is no specific allegation against her. The petitioner is the Jethani and similarly placed as Bahu of the family, who hardly participated in such occurrence.

Considering the entire facts and circumstance of the

No.32714 of 2016 (2) dt.18-08-2016 2/2 case and that no specific role has been assigned to the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S.
