The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 235 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no overt act alleged against this petitioner and similarly circumstanced other co-accused Bhagiya Devi, Kunti Devi and Sanju Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 61030/2017 vide order dated 2.2.2018 wherein the court has noticed that allegation of assault is against co-accused Ramdeni Ram and Mannu Ram.

No.14005 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that specific allegation of assault is against Ramdeni Ram and Mannu Ram, as noted by the Coordinate Bench in the order dated 2.2.2018, the petitioner in the instant case is neither Ramdeni Ram and Mannu Ram, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today on furnishing bail bound of Rs 10,000(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 235 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
