The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in connection with Vigilance investigation allegation against this petitioner is that he has not provided folder of the teachers for verification of their certificates. It is submitted that those documents were not available with the petitioner and as such there is no occasion for non-submission of folder. He submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Annexure-4, the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14017 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 15.12.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 42317/2016.

Considering the aforesaid on the ground of parity, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today on furnishing bail bound of Rs 10,000(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
