WJC No.352 of 2020(5) dt.12-11-2020 2/2 Keshri, aged about 14 years (Date of Birth -27.05.2006) and Ankita Keshri, aged about 13 years (Date of Birth- 27.07.2007), who were abducted by the private respondents on 07.06.2020 and still in wrongful confinement and in spite of providing relevant information regarding the accused persons the police authority are sitting tight over the matter and not taking no action for safe recovery of the two minor daughters of the petitioner.

In view of the averments made in paragraph-5 of the counter affidavit dated 28.9.2020 filed Shri Upendra Kumar Sharma, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous and as such he be permitted to withdraw the petition.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
