JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 323, 379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners submit that both parties are own relatives and there was some dispute over purchase of tractor and ploughing of land. They further submit that there is no injury and the allegation of extortion is not correct. They further submit that finally on account of intervention of well wisher, compromise has been arrived at between the parties. A copy of the compromise petition has been produced before this Court. In view of the aforesaid fact, this application for

No.48681 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 anticipatory bail is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners must surrender and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from today. In case the complainant appears and support the factum of compromise, the petitioners would be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court.
