ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Barachatti P.S. case No.94 of 2014 registered under Sections 18/20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and 47(A) of the Excise Act, pending in the court of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge under N.D.P.S. Act, Gaya. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
