2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 37/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol was recovered from the place of occurrence.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of one co-accused namely Tinku Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating articles has been recovered from his possession.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23630 of 2026(2) dt.15-04-2026 2/2 Learned counsel further submits that he has eight criminal antecedents. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
