The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 10/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these two petitioners have no specific role to play and they have been named only on account of their presence at the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against Rupesh Singh and not these two petitioners.
