JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1434 of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Case is under Section 498A IPC and submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is ready to keep the complainant-wife with him with dignity and care and learned counsel for opposite party No.2 has submitted that she is also ready to reside with the petitioner if she is allowed to live with dignity and care.

Heard learned APP also.

In that view of the matter, let petitioner appear before

No.23178 of 2019(4) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 the court below along with opposite party No.2 on 4.7.2019 and if petitioner goes to his sasural to bring his wife back, the opposite party No.2 shall co-operate on appearance before the court below and on filing an affidavit by the petitioner that he is ready to keep opposite party No.2 with him with dignity and care, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.4.2019 shall be extended for a further period of six months, during that period the conduct of both the parties will be watched by the court below by calling them in first week of every month in court and once the court is satisfied with the conduct of both the parties, specially the petitioner, his bail bond shall be confirmed, otherwise the court is free to pass any other order(s) as it may deem fit and proper, including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
