The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.56 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Considering the nature of allegations made and that the recovery was not made from her conscious possession, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
