The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dihri (T) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 33, 41, 42 of the Forest Act and Section 4(1-a), 21 (1) of the D.E. Act and Section 40(i) of Bihar Mining Act. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and also the fact there is no specific allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
