2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 188 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the co-accused persons, Sanju Devi and Sapna Kumari, who are the owner of the scrap, have deceived the informant for amount of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25515 of 2025(8) dt.23-12-2025 2/3 32,00,000/-. The role of the petitioner is that he is the introducer of the parties.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a man of clean criminal antecedent. It has further been submitted that the informant and owner of the scraps have settled their dispute and they have compromised the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, as well as the fact that the persons against whom the main allegation was levelled, have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1939 of 2024, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali (Hajipur) in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 188 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharitya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.).
