JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) 13-01-2017 The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for settling the claim of medical reimbursement of sum of Rs.20,53,587/-.

In the supplementary counter affidavit, dated 26th of September, 2016, it has been pointed out that the department has sanctioned a sum of Rs.16,20,487/- as reimbursement of the medical bills incurred over the treatment of the wife of the petitioner.

Since the payment of admissible amount of medical reimbursement has been paid, we do not find any further direction called for in the present petition.
