In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/34, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the petitioner, his wife and his father-in-law have indulged in assault on his own father.

This Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Sushil Sharma @ Sushil Kumar Sharma is

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below will consider the same and pass an order in accordance with law on the same day of appearance without being prejudiced by this order.
