ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 29.5.2012, by which the Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur has cancelled the bail bonds of the Petitioner in Cr.Misc.No.91 of 2011. It has been submitted that now the matter has been compromised between the parties as is evident from the Annexure of the Supplementary Affidavit.

Notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No.2 but despite service of notice she has chosen not to contest this application. In view of the submissions noted above, the application is allowed and the order dated 29.5.2012 passed by the Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in Cr.Misc.No.91 of 2011is hereby set aside.
