The instant application has come under the heading 'to be mentioned' for certain modifications in the order dated 23.03.2022 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44292 of 2021 wherein anticipatory bail to the petitioner has been granted directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time of four weeks due to wrong address typed in the cause title of the said order by the data entry operator which now be corrected as R/O Komla Bazar @ Koyla Bazar in place of Resident of village- Lalbathani, P.S. Raj

The second prayer of modification is that the present case is pending before the learned Court of Sri Amit Gaurav, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar, whereas due to inadvertent error made in the bail application at the end of petitioner, the same has been typed as Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar. Now the same be treated as the learned Court of Sri Amit Gaurav, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar. The third prayer of the modification has been sought for, regarding Police Station Case which has been typed as per prayer portion of the Cr. Misc. No. 44292 of 2021 as Mahila PS Case No. 13 of 2021. Now, it has been prayed to be typed the same as Complaint Case No. 1979 of 2019. Let the same be treated as Complaint Case No. 1979 of 2019.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 23.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44292 of 2021 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
