The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 384, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 39, 41, 43, 46, 56 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rules and section 15 of the Environment Protection Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have raised sand from the field of informant thereby caused loss to the informant and his family.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No such occurrence has ever taken place. In fact, petitioner is labourer and when he demanded his wages, he has been dragged in this

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2020.
