13-04-2017 On call, none appeared on behalf of petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Sri Dhurjati Kumar Prasad, learned Govt. Pleader - 14, by way of referring to statement made in paragraph - 8 of the counter affidavit, submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. The bills of the petitioner, after revalidation for an amount of Rs. 5,98,207/- (five lacs ninety eight thousand two hundred & seven) and Rs. 2,43,759/- (two lacs forty three thousand seven hundred & fifty nine) after deduction of income tax has already been credited to the account of the petitioner on 13-01-2011.

Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
