ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 29.11.2011 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. I in Cr. Revision No. 163 of 1994 has upheld the order dated 04.04.1994 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Bikramganj Rohtas in Case No. 1009 M of 1992/1245 of 84 by which he had declared the possession over the land in question. The admitted position is that a title suit is pending with regard to the same land between the same parties. Hence finding no merit in the application, the same is rejected.
