The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1176 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier notices were issued to opposite party no. 2 and sufficient opportunity was granted to appear and raise necessary objection, if any. However, till date there is no representation on her part.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready and willing to keep the opposite party no. 2 with full dignity and

No.31722 of 2014 (8) dt.13-01-2016 honour and there being no objection to this application, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1176 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
