The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 10/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police intercepted a truck loaded with chips. The driver of truck disclosed that his elder brother is the owner of the truck. It is alleged that the driver of the truck was carrying chips without any paper.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the owner of the truck. Driver of the truck was carrying chips with valid papers which is annexed as annexure-2 with the bail petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16207 of 2017 (3) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is the owner of the truck, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 10/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
