In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.710 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the complaint petition, a fraudulent cheque was presented for deposit of the same in the account of Karpi Gramin Samanway Society. During clearance of the same, it was found that the cheque was bearing a forge signature. The letter addressed to the Chief Manager, Allahabad Bank, written by Indu Pandey, reflects the role of the petitioner.
