The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 335 of 2014 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, earlier the case diary was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegation against the petitioners is based on suspicion and the petitioners have played no role. He further submits that general and omnibus allegations have been made against the petitioners. Considering the aforementioned submissions and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, let the petitioners in the event of their
