This Court has perused the materials available on the record. This case is of the year 2005. Impugned order shows that a charge-sheet showing the petitioner absconder has already been submitted in the court below. He has got eight criminal case on his head.

In these circumstances, this Court is not willing to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application is dismissed.
