The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 29.6.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 33 of 2012.
In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre where the relevant Parties were appeared.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35803 of 2012 dt.05-05-2015 2/2 wherein it is noted that the Opposite Party No. 2 ( probably it means Opposite Party No. 3) is agreeable to live with her husband and there is no role of the Petitioners in the present case. In view of such, the application is allowed and the Proceeding including the order dated 29.6.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Kadam Kuan P.S.
