Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P. S. Case No. 667 of 2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25014 of 2022(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 Shri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the impugned order requires no interference. However, taking into consideration the period of custody, undergone by the petitioner and nature of allegation levelled against him, the trial court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. Considering the aforesaid submission of learned Senior Counsel as well as the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner in the present case, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial well within the period of 11 months.

With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application stands disposed off.
