2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Muffasil (Lakho O.P.) P.S. Case No. 653/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143/341/323/353/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 03.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45576 of 2024.

4. It is alleged that when the police visited the house of one Murari and recovered one motorcycle then the Murari Kumar (petitioner) was got released by his family members and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22970 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 he fled away. The petitioner is accused in six serious cases including the case of murder, loot, dacoity etc. and is in jail since 16.02.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Munsif, Begusarai/concerned Court in connection with Muffasil (Lakho O.P.) P.S. Case No. 653 of 2023, subject to the conditions that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial and both the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Muffasil (Lakho) Police Station, District Begusarai on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
