2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing a part of the decision of the Technical Bid Scrutiny Committee dated 05.09.2013 of the State Health Society, Bihar by which the tender submitted by the petitioner has been rejected.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the relevant agreement contemplated a period of one year for

4. In that view of the mater, the prayer in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relied can be granted at this belated stage.

5. The application is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
