Patna High Court CWJC No.8195 of 2019 dt.16-05-2019 2/3 in the concerned Anganbari Centre.

2. A complaint though has been made by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi on 03.09.2018, but no action has yet been taken in that regard. The District Programme Officer is under an obligation to dispose off the complaint with regard to appointment of undeserving persons on the post of Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh complaint before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi (respondent No. 5) within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of such complaint, after hearing the necessary parties, viz., the petitioner, private respondent No. 8 and other stakeholders, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of ten weeks thereafter.

4. If the petitioner remains dissatisfied with the order of the District Programme Officer, Sitamahri, she will have the option of appealing before before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
