JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that the petitioner used to tease and make obscene sign towards his daughter and even used to stop her from going to the Coaching center and when objected he along with others assaulted his nephew Sonu Kumar. Petitioner submits that a compromise has arrived at between the parties and said Sonu Kumar sustained simple injury.

Having regard to the facts of the case, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail in the event of surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of

Bharati, learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna City in Malsalami Police station Case No. 129 of 2015, provided the informant appears and supports the factum of compromise as narrated by the petitioner, otherwise bail petition would be disposed of on its own merit.
