ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, being the mother-in-law and Devar of the deceased lady, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No.15 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after perusal of the case diary submits that there is sufficient material to indicate that the present petitioners along with other family members have surreptitiously disposed of the dead body
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31705 of 2016 (3) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 of the victim lady.
In view of such facts and circumstances and there being sufficient material on the record, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is, accordingly, rejected.
