It is pointed out that in title cause of order dated 15.04.2019, the father's name of petitioner has, inadvertently, been typed as Prasadi Paswan, in place of Late Jagdish Paswan and similarly, the village name of the petitioner has been typed Hwalpur , in place of Hawaspur.
Accordingly, the father's name of the petitioner as well as his village name be read as Late Jagdish Paswan and Hawaspur respectively in place of Prasadi Paswan and Hwalpur and in last paragraph of order dated 15.04.2019, in place of Sessions Trial No. 2091/13, it be read as Sessions Trial No. 209/13.
