No.8843 of 1996, this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.
By a common order, more than 25 writ petitions were decided by the learned Writ Court on 30th of October, 2010
Patna High Court LPA No.511 of 2011 dt.12-09-2017 2/2 and challenging the same order L.P.A. Nos.1057/11, 1147/11, 1145/11, 1146/11 and various other appeals were filed by the State Government and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 9.9.2014 has dismissed the identical Letters Patent Appeals filed and upheld the order dated 30th of October, 2010.
