JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 06.04.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P. S. case no. 220/2016 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 353 of the IPC as well as section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Pubic Property Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he as well as others created hurdle in execution of government work when government officials had gone to stop illegal construction on government land.

Taking note of the above stated facts and
