2. Petitioner is a retired employee of Zila Parishad, Patna. He has filed this writ petition for a direction to the Zila Parishad for payment of his retiral dues. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Zila Parishad, it appears that all the retiral dues, except difference of enhanced gratuity amount, has been paid to the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to represent before the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad if he has any further grievance
Patna High Court CWJC No.20689 of 2010 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 in regard to the quantum of the amount disbursed. So far arrears of difference of the gratuity amount, with statutory interest if any, is concerned counsel for the Zila Parishad states that said arrears will also be paid to the petitioner within one month from today. It is made clear that if the arrears of difference of the gratuity amount, with statutory interest if any, is not paid within one month from today, the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Patna will expose himself to the charge of contempt.
